Balaji SkillNexus is a Non-Profit and Autonomous Organization under the Balaji Group. At Balaji SkillNexus, we are dedicated to bridging the skill gap by offering comprehensive Skill Development, Upskilling, Placement, Sustainable Livelihood for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Women Empowerment programs . We work closely with the Government of India’s Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and collaborate with Sector Skill Councils to equip individuals with industry-relevant skills and certifications.
We also align with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to provide internship programs for the Universities and colleges, ensuring that students gain practical, hands-on experience to complement their academic learning.
We empower Persons with Disabilities (PwD) through inclusive skill development programs aimed at enhancing employability and independence. We provide tailored training and personalized support to help participants gain the skills and confidence needed for meaningful employment. Our vision is to foster a more inclusive workforce where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
At Balaji SkillNexus, we empower women through skill development and vocational training, promoting education, economic independence, and social reintegration. Our tailored programs and holistic support help women overcome challenges and achieve sustainable livelihoods, aiming to create an inclusive society where women lead and inspire change.
Additionally, Balaji SkillNexus offers consulting services to help organizations design and implement tailored skill development programs under their CSR initiatives, ensuring they build a future-ready workforce.
